Executive Summary

The Guided Coach Team is growing! We are opening a new Coach Team Lead role to partner with the Head of Coaching in creating community; recruiting & on-boarding new coaches; building operational structures for more ease and connection; developing content and so much more. This is a new role with a ton of green space for self-leadership and co-creation.

 

For the right candidate this is probably your “dream role”. You LOVE the art and science of 1-1 coaching, but deeply desire to be part of a team, build community, and support the development of coaching as a profession and systems change more broadly.

Opportunities/Responsibilities

  • Own Coach Team Community Development, Connection & Support Initiatives

  • Lead Coach Team Recruiting Process

  • Manage New Coach On-boarding & Process Training Activities

  • Support Coach Team with Process & Services Questions & Needs

  • Partner with Customer Success Team in Creating & Managing Operations Tools and Processes

  • Contribute to Guided Product + Services Strategy & Planning

  • Own/Lead Ad-hoc Coaching Special Projects as needed

  • Lead, develop, source content to be leverage by customers and coaches

Background/Experience

  • Customer Service/Servant Leadership

  • Passion for Operations/Process Creation & Management

  • Completed (or in process) ICF Accredited Coach Training Program

  • Completed a Minimum of 50 Paid Coaching Hours
