Applicable Coach Skills: Coaching is the most beneficial when you have an goal in mind. We'll start by create SMART goals that apply to your life so that  you can begin making progress towards making them a reality.

90-minute weekly sessions over 4 weeks

3-month advanced application of coaching framework

Logistics: The full program includes: four - 90-minute virtual workshops, over the course of one month - with small groups of up to 8 participants.  Prior to each workshop participants will be required to complete 30 minutes of prep work,  which allows live sessions to be focused on interactive discussions. After each workshop, participants will be prepared to implement their new skills immediately.

Program Dates: 90-minute virtual workshops will be at 10am PST / 1pm EST every Wednesday starting June 17 (June 17, June 24, July 1, July 8).

  • What are Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3?
    In the program for managers, Phase 1 refers to the initial stage where participants undergo four coaching sessions that are fully sponsored by their employer. Phase 2 follows, offering five subsidized coaching sessions with a nominal out-of-pocket cost of $500, which can be reimbursed through the organization's learning stipend program. Finally, in Phase 3, participants have the option to continue their coaching journey at a discounted rate of $200 per session. These phases represent distinct stages of the coaching engagement, each designed to empower managers and unlock their leadership potential at different levels.
  • Who is eligible for the fully sponsored coaching sessions in Phase 1?
    All managers within the organization are eligible for the fully sponsored coaching sessions in Phase 1. It is an opportunity provided to support their professional growth and development.
  • How can I apply for reimbursement for the subsidized sessions in Phase 2?
    To apply for reimbursement for the subsidized coaching sessions by using your Learning Stipend (up to $500/calendar year). Please follow Mixpanel’s Learning Stipend reimbursement Instructions: Submit expense claim with the receipt for reimbursement through Navan Select Category: Books, dues & subscriptions Add Learning Benefit to the Event Name field.
  • Can I choose to participate in only one or two phases of the coaching engagement?
    Yes, you have the flexibility to participate in any or all phases of the coaching engagement. Each phase offers unique benefits and opportunities for growth, allowing you to tailor your coaching experience based on your needs and goals.
  • What happens after completing all the phases of the coaching engagement?
    Upon completing all the phases, you have the option to continue with coaching at a discounted rate. This allows you to sustain your growth as a manager and continue receiving valuable support and guidance.
  • What if I have additional questions or need further assistance?
    If you have additional questions or require further assistance, please reach out to Guided at or the designated point of contact within your organization. They will be happy to address any concerns and provide the necessary support throughout your coaching journey.
