Denver Nguyen

COO & Managing Partner

Denver is an innovative and diligent leader that empowers change-makers and organizations to cultivate big ideas and execute them in a tactical way. He sharpened his skills at two of the largest corporations in the world (Shell and Amazon) while working on some of the most challenging issues in business. He believes in amplifying the positive impact conscious entrepreneurs make through sharing regenerative and economically-viable practices to create a symbiotic world for all. 

Denver received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado and his MBA from University of Texas, where he obtained certificates in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. He loves to be active and outdoors so you'll often find him golfing, snowboarding, or scuba diving. 


Chris Hollister

Head of Customer Development

Chris believes learning is the biggest lever to help individuals and organizations unlock their potential. His background is in leading early stage go-to-market teams. He has shaped L&D programs for some of Silicon Valley’s fastest growing startups and multiple Fortune 500 companies. Chris is a self-taught software engineer who was also the lead instructor for Sales Academy in the Bay Area.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia as well as coursework at the University of Toronto. Chris resides in San Francisco, California. He is a big baseball fan who enjoys outdoor calisthenics, golfing and consistently reads 50-60 books per year.


Spencer Jacobson

Chairman & Advisor

Spencer is a dynamic coach, facilitator and thought leader in the field of human potential and the future of work. He has coached and consulted at organizations ranging from the F500 to venture-backed startups. He believes “work” can and should be a source of personal growth, joy and meaning for all people and business can be a catalyst for social change. Prior to founding Guided, Spencer was one of the first sales hires at BetterWorks, a Silicon-valley based enterprise SaaS performance management startup.

Spencer is a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF and is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Accomplishment Coaching Coach Training. When he’s not working, you’ll find him doing yoga and dancing like no one is watching.

Ed Henrich


Ed is a startup advisor based in the Bay Area.  Most recently, he was VP Product Management & Strategy for Oracle Marketing Cloud. Previously, Ed was Group VP, Global Customer Success & Professional Services and led the Oracle Marketing Cloud’s customer success, professional services, support and training organizations and was responsible for delighting our clients and making their marketing programs successful.   In this role he managed a staff of over 1200 people.  Prior to being acquired by Oracle, Ed led the Responsys professional services team, where services revenue grew from $5 million to $60 million over seven years, a 42% cumulative annual growth rate.


Ed is a pioneer in the online marketing industry. In 1997, he was a member of the founding team at an early SaaS player, Post Communications, acquired by Yesmail, where he served as President from 2003 to 2005. Previously, Ed was a venture capitalist with Internet Capital Group and a consultant at McKinsey and Company.   A former Fulbright Scholar to Australia, Ed holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from UCLA, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
